You'll find a living room with a sofa bed for two, and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one with a double bed plus a French bed suitable for an adult or two children. The property features 1 bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Additional comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a dedicated workspace, and a private barbecue for outdoor cooking. We organize lunches and dinners with local products upon request. Our specialty is Florentine steak, a tradition for over 37 years. We're happy to offer you this culinary experience. Outdoors, relax in your private garden and on the balcony—perfect for enjoying the surrounding peace. The house is set within a well-kept private park, offering a serene retreat. You'll also have access to a shared covered terrace for more outdoor space. Shared on-site parking is available. Pets are allowed (max 1). You can use a shared bike storage and 2 bicycles to explore the area. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The villa is ideally located for visiting Florence, Arezzo, and Siena, as well as exploring the famous Chianti wine roads. Surrounded by its private park, it’s the perfect base for discovering the wonders of Tuscany.
